Qualifications and Experience: Requires a minimum of a Doctorate Degree in Clinical, Counseling or School Psychology.  Certification as a School Psychologist and a Clinical Psychologist or as a School Psychologist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Fluency in English and French or English and Spanish preferred. A minimum of one year of experience working as a school psychologist required.

Spanish Teaching Assistant (East End Campus)

Assist the teacher to deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. Assist teachers create lesson plan deliver, works with small groups of students to enhance the learning process. Making sure classrooms are safe and tidy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education or equivalent. 

  • Fluency in English and French; or English and Spanish (required for TL teachers).  

  • A minimum of one year of experience teaching young children preferred.   

  • Criminal Background Clearance

  • Tuberculin Screening/Skin Test certifying that the individual is free of contagious tuberculosis.

Learning Specialist (Special Education) (East End Campus)

After School Assistant (Multiple Openings. Brookland and East End Campuses)

Job Type: This is a part-time, 90-day exempt temporary position with potential to extend for a longer period. Please note that during the 90-day period your scope of duties may vary to include assisting with dismissal of scholars and other assistance as needed. In the event school returns to virtual learning, there is no after school service.  

Schedule: Monday: 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday through Thursday: 2:30 – 6:00 p.m.; Friday: 1:00 – 6:00 p.m.

 

Seeking dependable individual that enjoys working in a nurturing environment working with grades pre-kindergarten through fifth.

 

This individual must be a team player and possess the ability to plan and organize one or more enrichment activities that encompasses the school’s goals.  Demonstrate creativity and can work independently. If needed, this professional must be flexible to work with all age groups on any given day.
