GRACE ZARPAK

First Grade Teacher

Ms. Grace was born and raised in Portland, Oregon.  She attended Lewis & Clark College (Go Pioneers!) where she received a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science.  She worked for three different mayors during her six years working for the City of Portland.  During that time she realized she especially loved the aspects of her job when she worked with youth.  Having spent a semester in D.C. during college, she knew she had to come back.  She received her Masters in Elementary Education from the illustrious Howard University (HU! You know!).

Ms. Grace then taught for two years in Prince George's County before coming back to Stokes where she had previously done her student teaching.  She believes teaching is the most challenging and rewarding job she has had, and she's is excited to be back with her Stokes family!
